The Eva Solo 530431 Lid is a multifunctional cover made to fit the Eva Trio / Eva Solo 1.5?L mixing bowl. It enhances keeping food fresh by providing a seal, makes pouring and draining easier, and generally turns your bowl into a more flexible kitchen workhorse. The lid is made of durable plastic and offers several spout/strain?options built into its design, making it ideal for everything from batter to rinsed produce.
•Designed with different pouring openings (two sizes) so you can choose the right one for batter, cake tins, pancakes etc.
•One of the openings is a sieve?type hole, allowing you to drain liquids (e.g. water from washed food or pasta) without using a separate strainer.
•Can be used to cover the bowl so you can refrigerate or freeze contents without needing extra cling film.
•The lid is made of plastic material safe for cleaning in the dishwasher, and suitable even for microwave and oven use (within recommended limits).
•Specifically made for the 1.5 litre Eva mixing bowl.
