Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included to ensure the return is accepted.
Schedule a Pickup
Our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at a convenient time.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
