2447 8'' Carving knife KRONUNG (X50CrMoV15 steel) The Slicing Knife is the choice for an expert. Thanks to its long, narrow blade it is easy to cut any food into perfectly thin pieces. It is useful for cooking Japanese dishes – sushi and sashimi. Kitchen knives of KRONUNG series were developed by designers for anniversary of the company. For the first time they were presented at the Ambiente fair in Germany in 2019. They are made of high-quality German steel X50CrMoV15, hardened up to HRC 57 on Rockwell scale. These knives are durable and perfect for everyday use. Double side symmetrical sharpening of the blades simplifies cutting and slicing. Thick heel prevents fingers from slipping and ensures additional support. Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance. Unique shape of polypropylene handles guarantees safe use. Non-screw technology used in manufacturing makes the handles ergonomic and very convenient to use. Ideal adjustment of each detail is the key to high hygiene and excellent look of the products.
